Twistin It Open Racing Promotions in conjunction with Buffalo Chip Campgrounds are proud to present The 3rd Annual Rumble in the Hills Pro Hillclimb at the Buffalo Chip Campgrounds in Sturgis, South Dakota.  This high powered, extreme motorsport will showcase the best riders in the world from the North American Hillclimb Association on nitro-burning motorcycles running exotic steel and paddle tire combinations.  The riders will attack a 300-foot course with big ledges and radical jumps during two separate three hour events.  This will be Round 4 of the RacerX / American Suzuki NAHA Pro Series.

Everyone loved the 2007 event.  The Sturgis Pro Hillclimb is quickly becoming "The thing to do" while in Sturgis!  He's what a few fans had to say....

The Sturgis Rally began as a small-time gathering of motorcycle racers 66 years ago and has grown into a grand-daddy of all rallies.  The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is slated for August 4-10, 2008.  More then a half-million motorcycle enthusiasts attend the Sturgis Rally every year.  There are many activities during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, and the Sturgis Rally Rumble in the Hills Pro Hillclimb will make its 3rd Annual appearance in 2008.  This event promises some exciting racing action, and if you are thinking of attending the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally this will be event you won't want to miss.

Pro Pits OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! - As an added bonus for the spectators the Pro Pits will be open to the public.  While checking out some great Pro Hillclimb Action, you can walk throughout the pits and check out these awesome bikes up close and personal!

 

Seating Provided TO THE PUBLIC! - Spectator Seating will be provided both days for your added viewing pleasure.  New for 2008,  you can either stand close to the action or sit in our spectator seating!

Come See the Nation's Top Hillclimb Riders!

Come See California's Team Peterson and their two massive custom Harley Davidson Hillclimb motorcycles, one is a 1500cc nitro-methane burning machine and the other is a monstrous 2500cc, while they take on the rest of the top riders in the world.  Virtually every brand of motorcycle will be represented with many machines utilizing fuels such as nitro, methanol, and nitrous.  All machines will be larger then 700cc, with most in the 1400cc range.  The action will include tight racing combined with huge horsepower and the unpredictability of spectacular crashes as riders try to set the fast time of the day and take home thousands of dollars in prize money.  Come check out what has evolved from motorcycling's oldest form of competition in this extreme event.
